Levamisole 15 grams 

Albendazole 10 grams

ACTIONS AND INDICATIONS:

Levamisole has been used for a wide variety of disorder involving the immune response, including infections of mucous membranes and respiratory tract, virus infections and rheumatic disorders.  Used as an anthelmintic and also and effective aid in the treatment of Gastrointestinal roundworms and lungworms in cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, poultry, horses, dogs and cats.

Albendazole a broad spectrum anthelmintic for the treatment of immature and mature stages of nematodes, trematodes and cestodes of gastro-intestinal tract and respiratory tract of cattle, carabao, sheep and goat. 

CONTRAINDICATION:

Levamisole - Animals producing milk for human consumption.

Albendazole - Do not administer during the first 3 weeks of pregnancy.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:   3months before slaughter.

Dosage and Administration:

General:   5grams per gallon of water

For chicks: Initial on the 30th day
5 grams per gallon of drinking water for 1 day
Repeat every 21 days.
